The Sacro Monte di Ossuccio, above Tremezzina, is one of the nine Sacri Monti of Piedmont and Lombardy that UNESCO inscribed on the World Heritage List in 2003. A path of chapels climbs the hillside to the sanctuary; dress for a church visit.
